• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing your account.
• Any bonus balance on a closed account will be forfeited.
• While self-exclusion is active, your account cannot be reopened.
• bdt6i reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be in violation of its rules.

Suspended accounts cannot place new bets, though any existing winnings can still be withdrawn. bdt6i will never close an active member's account without clear justification.

• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted within 72 hours of the match ending.
• Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.
